Notice is hereby given that a public
hearing will be held on the 12th day of
August, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be heard
at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle Creek
Parkway, to consider an Ordinance
Amending Chapter 35 of the City Ordi-
nances Regarding the Zoning Classifi-
cation of Certain lands, generally locat-
ed in the northwest quadrant section of
the City of Brooklyn Center located at
3955, 4001 & 4007 - 69u Avenue
North.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAP-
TER 35 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDI-
NANCES REGARDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND
GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE
NORTHWEST QUADRANT SECTION
OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CEN-
TER LOCATED AT 3955, 4001 & 4007
- 69th AVENUE NORTH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordi
nances of the City of Brooklyn Center
is hereby amended in the following
manner:
Section 35-1120. MULTIPLE FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R3). The fol-
lowing properties are hereby estab-
lished as being within the (R3) Multiple
Family Residence District zoning clas-
