ON PRELIMINARY PLAT
CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Planning Commission of the
City of Brooklyn Center on the 29th of August, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle
Creek Parkway,to consider the proposed preliminary plat to be known as BRI MAR THIRD
ADDITION for the property described as follows:
Registered property
Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 806, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND
The East Half of that part of Lot 3, Auditor.s Subdivision No. 25, Hennepin
County, Minn., described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the East line of said Lot 3, 289.74 feet South of the
center line of the County Road, which point is marked by a Judicial Landmark;
thence West parallel with the center line of said Road 300.68 feet for the point of
commencement of the land to be herein described; thence continuing West
parallel with the center line of said County Road 150.34 feet; thence North
parallel with the East line of said lot to the center line of said County Road,
treating said center line of the County Road as the north line of said Lot 3; thence
East along the center line of said County Road to its intersection with a line
running North and South parallel with and distant 300.68 feet West of the East
line of said Lot; thence South on the last mentioned parallel line to the point of
commencement of the land described herein.
AND
That part of Lot 3, Auditor's Subdivision No. 25, Hennepin County, Minn.
described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the East line of said Lot 3, 289.74 feet South of the
center line of the county road, thence West parallel with the center line of said
county road a distance of 300.68 feet, thence North parallel with the East line of
said Lot 3 to the center line of said County road, thence East along the center line
of said county road to the Northeast comer of said Lot 3, treating the said center
line of the county road as the North line of said Lot 3, thence South along the East
line of said Lot 3, 289.74 feet to the place of beginning, except that part thereof
described as follows: commencing at a point on the East line of said Lot 3, 289.74
feet South of the center line of the county road, thence West parallel with the
center line of said county road a distance of 150.34 feet, thence North parallel
with the East line of said Lot 3 to the center line of said County road, thence East
along the center line of said county road to the Northeast comer of said Lot 3,
treating the said center line of the county road as the North line of said Lot 3,
thence South along the East line of said Lot 3 289.74 feet to the place of
beginning.
This property is more commonly described as 3955, 4001 and 4007 691h Avenue N
Said proposed preliminary plat has been submitted by The Luther Company LLLP to
combine the three parcels and replat into the previously approved platted lot known as Lot 1,
Block 1, Bri Mar Second Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
