The applicant is seeking preliminary plat approval for
the property known as "Outlot C. Twin Cities 'interchange
Park" . Tract B of the proposed registered land survey
is the site of the recently approved fourth speculative
industrial building.
• AITALYSIS AND RECIONMENDATION
It is recommended that a 14 foot wide tract, along 69th
Avenue North from the west boundary of Tract A to the
east boundary of Tract B, be indicated on the final plat.
This is recorauended to provide for possible future util' ity
and roadway needs. robe Director of Public Works will
comment further in this regard.
Approval would be subject to the follooing conditions;
1) The final plat is subject to review by the City
Engineer.
2) The final plat is subject to the requirements of
the subdivision ordinance.
3) The final plat: shall include a 14 foot wide tract

District south of the City Hall.
• The participation in the housing program, which includes
subsidization through tax credit, voas authorized by the
Council earlier this year.
The project is intp-nded to provide housing for persons
with low to moderate income.
