A special use permit is sought for the erection of a l-'emporary modular classroom on the Everygreen School site (schools are ccinprehended as special uses in RI districts by the ordinance) . ANALYSIS Aar RECOMEW-DATION staff has consulted with the State Building Inspection • OJ-'-:f-ice and has recei,,.ied a letter from the Department of Education. Neither have any objection to the proposed temporary structure. The applicant has provided illustrations, plans and photos of the type of structure; hopes to have the building for use when school commences Septeneber 5th. Staff recom-aendation is that the permit be issued on an annual basis, with approval by the Commission and Council if the use is to be continued.- •
