Industrial Park Addition, which is commonly described as being located at thra nerthwest quadrant of Humboldt Avenue North and Interstate 94. The Co-iwtission and City Council have previously recommended approval of site and building plans for a motel (.-�n this site on may 21, 1970 and M.ay 25, 1970, respectively. How- ever, the previous proposal is being u2ithdrawn and a new site plan is being submitted for consideration by the Planning Commission.
