It is suggested that the site plan be approved subject to the usual conditions and the foilowing special conditionsg I. That -LAnal drainage and elevation plans be submitted to the City Engineer prior to City Coiancil review; 2. -That the access to the property from Brooklyn Boulevard be P-11minated,- 3. That concrete curb be used to delineate aisles and parkiog stalls; and 4. The Planning Commission and City Council previously approved a site and building Plan, for a 9,000 square foot restaurant facility to be located at Earle Brown Drive and John martin Drive. The zipplic-n-at has since, determined to c',hange sites for 11the location of, the restaurant facility and is now requesting site and building plan approval for a property located east of Earle Brown Drive adjacc-1-it to :highway 100.
