K-Mart as shown on the original plans. Site and building
plans were approved under Application Rio. 71027 exclusive
of any signs. The Commission nave special consideration
to a mansord ,panel along the front of the building
extending 5 feet above the parapet wall which would
serve as a background for a 405 square foot sign,
and that interpretation of the sign ordinance classifies
such a -structure as a roof sign.
