Notice is hereby given that a public
hearing will be held on the 13th day
of January, 2014, at 7 p.m. or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be heard
at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle Creek
Parkway, to consider an ordinance
vacating a portion of the street ease-
ment within the properties located at
6405 and 6415 James Circle North.
Auxiliary aids for persons with dis-
abilities are available upon request
at least 96 hours in advance. Please
contact the City Clerk at 763-569-
3300 to make arrangements.

AN ORDINANCE VACATING PART
OF THE STREET EASEMENT
(JAMES CIRCLE NORTH) AT 6405
AND 6415 JAMES CIRCLE NORTH,
IN REGESTERED LAND SURVEY
NUMBER 1482 (DENNY'S RESTAU-
RANT AND DAYS INN HOTEL)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES OR-
DAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That part of a Street Ease-
ment in Registered Land Survey
Number 1482, according to the plat
on file and record thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, described as fol-
lows is hereby vacated:
All that part of James Circle North, ly-
ing southerly and westerly of the fol-
lowing described line:
Beginning at the northeast corner
of Tract A, Registered Land Sur-
vey Number 1482 according to the
records on file in the Office of the
Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County,
Minnesota: thence South 15 degrees
36 minutes 31 seconds West, an as-
sumed bearing along the west right
of way line of James Circle North, a
distance of 54.50 feet; thence con-
tinuing along southerly extension ofsaid west line, a distance of 62.91
feet; thence along a tangential curve
to the east, having a central angle of
69 degrees 30 minutes 48 seconds
and a radius of 85.00 feet, a distance
of 103.13 feet to the intersection with
the northerly extension of the east
line of said Tract A; thence South 17
degrees 07 minutes 48 seconds West
along said Northerly extension to the
south right of way line said James
Circle North and there terminating.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be ef-
fective after adoption and thirty days
following its legal publication.
