Councilmember Myszkowski shared the conceptual design plans for the 57th & Logan Avenue development with Commissioners. Councilmember Myszkowski noted the “letter of intent” for development of the site was for a mixed use development that may include a grocery, gas or retail anchor, along with food, medical office or hotel as other possible additional tenants. Commissioners asked about possible uses for the now closed Kohl’s store.
