CARNIVAL: Lacrosse contacted them about getting us advance tickets
and posters. They were also notified about the WLOL Boom box and
the Teddy Bear Band scheduled on Saturday at the carnival site.

CONCESSIONS: Bergeland, Risley, Jacobsen, and Benson talked to
Splinter about license fees. They are concerned about the cost of
licenses, $30 for first day, $15 for each additional day. Splinter
will look at what can be done. There are three options: a flat
fee for the whole festival, Earle Brown Days can get licenses, or
charge them the way it' s set up now.
ANTIQUE SHOW: LaCrosse said we should get a certificate of
insurance from the antique show contractor naming the City and
Earle Brown Days as additional insured.
CRAFT SHOW: Benson had questions about electricity, balloons,
signs, and parking in the City lot overnight. She has 35 confirmed
exhibitors to date.
JUNIOR ROYALTY: Applications will go out at the end of this week.
Graham would like to have a pool party and picnic for candidates.
She would like to have a group picture put on a button. Bergeland
said O.K. as long as she didn't go over budget. The new junior
royalty will appear at Sunday In Central Park.
TALENT SHOW: Neilson will send out applications from a
computerized mailing list from the state fair and winter carnival .
He' s still working on a name. He was wondering if Earle Brown Days
is had to carry insurance on the talent show since he had $1 million
liability insurance. LaCrosse said she will check with Holmlund.
PUBLICITY: Committee met and developed a coordinated publicity
plan. It was suggested we get a bid for the tabloid from North
West News.
