The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway. A definite time for this petition to be considered cannot be given as it will depend on the progression of the agenda items. TYPE OF REQUEST: Rezoning and Special Use Permit PETITIONER: City of Brooklyn Center PROPERTY NAMED IN THE PETITION: 7100 and 7124 Camden Avenue North Legal Description: Lot 1, Block 2, Thomas Construction Co. 2°a Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; except Parcels 29 and 29A as shown on MN/DOT Right-of-Way Plat No. 27-19 (PID No. 25-119-21-43-0050) BRIEF STATEMENT OF CONTENTS OF PETITION: Said Rezoning and Special Use Permit request is being submitted by The City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota to rezone the subject property from its current R4 (Multiple Family Residence)to a new RI (One Family Residence) District. The rezoning will facilitate the proposed development and construction of the City of Brooklyn Center's new municipal water treatment facility at this location.
