public hearing will be held on the

may be heard at the City Hall, 6301
Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider
an Ordinance Amending Chapter 35
of the City Ordinances Regarding
the Zoning Classification of Cer-
tain lands, generally located in the
Northeast Quadrant Section of the
City of Brooklyn Center, and located
at 7100 Camden Avenue North.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CHAPTER 35 OF THE CITY CODE
OF ORDINANCES REGARDING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF CERTAIN LAND GENERALLY
LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST
QUADRANT SECTION OF THE
CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER, LO-
CATED AT 7100 CAMDEN AVENUE
NORTH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City
Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn
Center is hereby amended in the fol-
lowing manner:
Section 35-1130. MULTIPLE
FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT
(R4). The following properties are
hereby established as being within
the (R4) Multiple Family Residence
District zoning classification:
Lot 1 of Block 1 and Lots 1 and
Lot 2 of Block 2, Thomas Construc-
tion Company 2nd Addition.
Section 2. This ordinance shall
become effective after adoption and
upon thirty days following its legal
publication.
