Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on the 9t' day of June, 2014, at 7:00 p.m.
or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway,to
consider an Ordinance Amending Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances Regarding the Zoning
Classification of Certain lands, generally located in the Northeast Quadrant Section of the City of
Brooklyn Center, and located at 7100 Camden Avenue North. Auxiliary aids for persons with

ORDINANCE NO. 2014-05
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE CITY CODE OF
ORDINANCES REGARDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
LAND GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT
SECTION OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER, LOCATED AT 7100
CAMDEN AVENUE NORTH
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is hereby
amended in the following manner
Section 35-1130. MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R4). The
following properties are hereby established as being within the (R4) Multiple Family
Residence District zoning classification:
Lot 1 of Block 1 and Lots 1 and Lot 2 of Block 2, Thomas Construction Company
2nd Addition.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective after adoption and upon thirty days
following its legal publication.
