Notary Public City of Brooklyn Center (Official Publication) CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION ORDINANCE NO. 2014-05 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT SECTION OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER, LO- CATED AT 7100 CAMDEN AVENUE NORTH THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the fol- lowing manner: Section 35-1130. MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R4). The following properties are hereby established as being within the (R4) Multiple Family Residence District zoning classification: Lot 1 of Block 1 and Lots 1 and Lot 2 of Block 2, Thomas Construc- tion Company 2nd Addition. Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective after adoption and upon thirty days following its legal publication. Adopted this 9th day of June, 2014.
