moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 2015-85
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NOS. 2016-01,
02, 03 AND 04, PALMER LAKE WEST AREA STREET AND UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City's Capital Improvement Program identifies specific streets
for proposed infrastructure improvements in 2016; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the scope of proposed
improvements for the Palmer Lake West Area; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to begin the process of information
gathering and solicitation of public comments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota,that:
1. Improvement Project Nos. 2016-01, 02, 03 and 04, Palmer Lake West
Area Street and Utility Improvements are hereby established.
2. Staff is directed to begin field work, contact property owners in the
neighborhood to obtain comments and input, and hold public
informational meetings for property owners in the neighborhood where
improvements are proposed.
3. The City Engineer shall prepare a project feasibility report for review by
the City Council in the fall of 2015.
4. Estimated project costs for preliminary field work, geotechnical
investigations, and sewer televising costs are as follows:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Dan Rjtan '
and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof:
Tim Willson, April Graves, Kris Lawrence-Anderson, Lin Mywzkowski, and Dan Ryan;
and the following voted against the same: none;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
