HomeMy WebLinkAbout2000-191 CCRMember KaY Lasman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2000-191 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SCHEDULE FOR AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE FEES 1 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center adopted Resolution No. 87-31 on February 9, 1987, which established fees to be charged for various City licenses; and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2000-12 on November 13, 2000, which removed the licensing requirement for amusement device vendors. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to amend the City's fee schedule to remove the license fee established for amusement device vendors. November 27, 2000 Date 'I&A4-4, a mayor 1~4~ ATTEST: City Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Ed Nelson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof- Myrna Kragness, Debra Hilstrom, Kay Tasman, Ed Nelson, and Robert Peppe; and the following voted against the same: none; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
