HomeMy WebLinkAbout2008-135 CCR1 1 1 Member Dan Ryan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. ~r~pg=~ 35 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2009 CAPITAL PROJECT FUND BUDGETS WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center is required by City Charter and State Statute to annually adopt a budget. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that appropriation for the Capital Project Funds for 2009 shall be: Revenues and Other Sources Capital Project Funds Appropriations and Other Uses Capital Project Funds Capital Improvements Fund $ 145,300 Infrastructure Construction Fund $ 6,867,360 Municipal State Aid (MSA) Fund $ 685,000 Street Reconstruction Fund $ 715,000 Earle Brown Heritage Center Capital Fund $ 204,300 Technology Fund $ 77.700 Total Capital Project Funds $ 8.694.660 Capital Improvements Fund Infrastructure Construction Fund Municipal State Aid (MSA) Fund Street Reconstruction Fund Earle Brown Heritage Center Capital Fund Technology Fund Total Capital Project Funds December 8. 2008 Date ATTEST: City Clerk Mayor $ 390,000 $ 7,892,695 $ 775,400 $ 850,000 $ 287,300 $ 345.000 10.540.395 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Mark Yelich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Tim Willson, Kay Lasman, Dan Ryan, and Mark Yelich; and the following voted against the same: Mary O'Connor' whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
