RESOLUTION NO. 2008-139
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2009-2023 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center annually adopts a
Capital Improvements Program following review and discussion y the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and discussed the proposed 2009-2023
Capital Improvement Program together with the Financial Commission on November 17, 2008;
and
WHEREAS, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A is
the documentation for the above referenced 2009-2023 Capital Improvement Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center that the 2009-2023 Capital Improvement Program as set forth in Exhibit A to
this Resolution be and hereby is adopted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Kay Lasman
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.
Tim Willson, Kay Lasman Dan Ryan, and Mark Yelich;
and the following voted against the same: Mary O'Connor -
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
