AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CHAPTER 3
OF THE CITY CODE OF
ORDINANCES RELATING
TO BUILDING CODES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Brooklyn Center City
Code, Section 3-101, is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 3-101. Building Code.
The Minnesota State Building
Code, established pursuant to Min-
nesota Statutes, Sections 168.59
to 16B.75, one copy of which is
on file in the office of the city clerk
is hereby adopted as the build-
ing code for the City of Brooklyn
Center. Such code is hereby incor-
porated in this ordinance as com-
pletely as if set out in full.
A. The following chapters

Code are adopted and incorporat-
ed as part of the building code for
the City of Brooklyn Center.
