TREASURER’S REPORT

State and has been approved as of January 8, 2015 for year 2014.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Budget/Finance:
No report.
Craft & Business Expo:
Lin Myszkowski expressed concern about vendors smoking under their tents.
She is looking into getting newer vendors with authentic products representing their heritage. We want
to make sure we don’t have more than one of the same type of product being sold. There should be a
discussion about the price we charge for booths. She was wondering if we heard from Tom Ruhland,
strudel vendor, about joining the committee.
Face Painting:
No report.
Family Fun & Games:
Cathy Ballot said she has some gifts left over due to last year’s rain. She will
be looking at ordering the ribbons again.
Fire Truck:
Okay.
Golf Tournament:
Cathy Ballot said she talked to Steve Makowske and he is looking forward to
having a bigger and better tournament.
Kids’ Fishing Contest:
We need to follow up with Park Dental and the Police Explorers.
Music/Fireworks:
We have the funds from last year for the fireworks. The band is set.
Parade:
Bob Dillon received a request from St. Michael/Albertville, which is not on the list. Do we
need to give last year’s bands first rights to be in the parade? It would be nice to get more units between
the bands that could do acts.
Petting Zoo:
Okay.
Publicity:
No report.
