Meeting Minutes
June 21, 2016
PRESENT
Bob Dillon, Sharon Kephart, Cathy Ballot, Steve Makowske, Angie Crouch and Sue LaCrosse.
Sharon Kephart called the meeting to order at 4:32 p.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
There was a motion by Cathy Ballot, seconded by Bob Dillon to approve the minutes of June 14, 2016.
Motion carried.
TREASURER’S REPORT
Cathy Ballot reported a checkbook balance of $16,671.36. There was a motion by Steve Makowske,
seconded by Bob Dillon to approve the treasurer’s report. Motion carried.
Budget Review:
The budget expense worksheet was reviewed.
Event/Activity Discussion:
Parade. Bob Dillon reported Luther will supply two cars. He needs to pick up the signs.
Golf Festival. Steve Makowske said they are running a little behind this year. People will
probably still register.
Scavenger Hunt. No report.
Yoga In the Park. Sue LaCrosse said April Graves stopped in to get a map of the area.
Petting Zoo. Cathy Ballot said they are confirmed.
Kids’ Crafts & Bingo. All set.
Inflatables. All set.
Climbing Wall, Three Rivers and Mobile Rec. All set.
Fire Truck. This event was confirmed by the fire department.
Kidsdance. No report.
Face Painting. No report.
Fling Golf. Steve Makowske said he will be there.
Ice Cream Social. There was a motion by Cathy Ballot, seconded by Angie Crouch to stop at
1,000 cones. Motion carried.
Magic Show. All set.
Horse-drawn Trolley Rides. No report.
Family Fun & Games. All set.
Chmielewski Funtime Band. No report.
Fireworks. No report.

The next meeting is Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 4:30 p.m.
