HomeMy WebLinkAbout2016-205 CCR Member Lin Myskowski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2016-205 RESOLUTION ADOPTING 2017 WATER UTILITY RATES, FEES AND CHARGES WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center Charter requires that municipal utilities be self-supporting through revenue provided by a uniform schedule of rates, fees and charges; and WHEREAS, this uniform schedule shall be called the "Public Utility Rate Schedule" and shall be adopted by resolution of the City Council; and WHEREAS, financial requirements for the utility funds have been identified and reviewed by the City Council.
