AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF RIGHT-OF- WAY: LILAC DRIVE NORTH THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Article 1. The City of Brooklyn Center owns a fee interest in cer- tain lands originally acquired for highway purposes, all of which are located adjacent to Lilac Drive North, legally described in the at- tached Exhibit A. Article Il. The above-described public right-of-way is hereby va- cated. Article III. This ordinance shall be effective after adoption and thirty days following its legal publication.
