HomeMy WebLinkAbout2018-114 CCRMember Dan Ryan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2018-114 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK PERFORMED AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT, PROJECT NOS. 2015-05, 06, 07 AND 08, 63RD AVENUE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Ryan Contracting Company of Elko, Minnesota has completed the following improvements in accordance with said contract: Improvement Project Nos. 2015-05, 06, 07 and 08, 63' Avenue Street and Utility Improvements NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that Final payment shall be made on Improvement Project Nos. 2015-05, 06, 07 and 08, 63rd Avenue Street and Utility Improvements, taking the contractor's receipt in full. The total amount to be paid for said improvements under said contract shall be $4,101,744.34. 2.
