HomeMy WebLinkAbout2019-151 CCRMember Lawrence -Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2019-151 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR CONTINUAL MAINTENANCE FOR CAMDEN AVENUE NORTH WHEREAS, in accordance to with the Subdivision Agreement dated October 16, 2017, Topgolf USA Brooklyn Center, LLC, developer of Topgolf, has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed said improvements of the street, utilities, and grading; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested the return of the $40,000 security deposit to reflect the completed work. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that: 1) The $40,000 security deposit shall be returned to the developer. BE IT FURTHER RESOVLED that the improvements are accepted for continuous maintenance as of November 12, 2019. November 12, 2019 Date Mike Elliott, Mayor ATTEST: Barb Suciu, City Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Ryan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Elliott, Graves, Lawrence -Anderson, Ryan and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
