HomeMy WebLinkAbout2020-009 CCRMember Graves moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION NO.2020-09 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK PERFORMED AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT IMPROVEMENT NO.2016-06, FREEWAY BOULEVARD MILL AND OVERLAY (EAST OF XERXES) STREET IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, C.S. McCrossan Construction Inc. of Maple Grove, Minnesota has completed the following improvements in accordance with said contract: Improvement Project No. 2016-06, Freeway Boulevard Mill and Overlay (East of Xerxes Avenue) Street Improvements NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that 1. Final payment shall be made on Improvement Project No. 2016-06, Freeway Boulevard Mill and Overlay (East of Xerxes Avenue) Street Improvements, taking the contractor's receipt in full. The total amount to be paid for said improvements under said contract shall be $522,542.65. 2.
