I understand the only equipment will be a massage table and that there will be no persons employed other than those who normally reside in the home. Tf this is to qualify it would come under home occupation which is in the ordinary uses permitted in the R-1 zone. The only question seems to be whether a massage table could be considered an ordinary item found in a home or light enough to be carried. In view of the fact that a special permit procedure has been followed, it would seem to me that this type of occupation probably could be authorized by special permit if it is construed as a waiver of the strict application of the requirement that no unusual equipment be used. If there should be further questions, please call me. Sincerely, f/1 Donald M Fraser
