to this site. This would eventually lead to a de -valuation of
the present residentially developed area between 68th and 69th
on Orchard Ave. po.

it could cOncect to all utilities off the main line. This
would leave the 6700 block of Orchard and the property directly
east of the 6800 block open for rdsidential development.
