The division does not conform with Section 15-103 (v) and Section 15 :Q4-A1 of the Village Ordinance which requires that before dividing any tract of land into two or more lots and parcels, an owner or subdivider shall file with the Village C1erY. and secure the approval of the Planning Commission and the Village Council of the proposed division.
