Commencing at the northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter; thence south along the east line
thereof, a distance of 528 feet to the actual point of
beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence
continuing south along said east line thereof, a distance
of 396.73 feet; thence west parallel with the north line
thereof, a distance of 347.5 feet; thence north parallel with
the east line thereof, a distance of 389.43 feet; thence
east to the point of beginning.

Subject: Legal Description Mound Cemetery Lease
Dear Dick:
It has been brought to my attention that the legal
description on the 75 year lease of the Mound Cemetery
land (filed with Register of Deeds on April 21, 1970 as
Doc.# 3825318) seems to be in error as it refers to the
south 354.87 feet of Lot 2, Auditor's Subdivision No. 25.
Lot 2 is a 40 acre tract of land measuring over 1,300 feet
on each side.
I would appreciate it if you could examine this legal
description, and if in error, notify counsel for the Mound
Cemetery Association so that a correct legal description
can be used in the Mound Cemetery Lease.
