The applicant• seeks approval of site and building plan revisions
of a convenience center approved with Application No. 72029,
which comprehends the substitution of a Dairy Queen restaurant
for two of the previously approved retail units; for this use,
approval of a special use permit is required.,
ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATIM,
The amended plans indicate that the approved structure
one retail unit and the restaurant; additional parking is
also indicated to t'he east of the building.
It is emphasized that this application represents an amendment
to approved plans; it is accordingly subject to the conditions
of approval of Application No. 72029.• It is suggested that
the requirement for B-612 type curbing be added.
Staff is further concerned with the proposed exterior finish;
decorative masonry is recommended, rather than stucco.
