1) This request is similar to one approved by the Planning
Commission (#68024 of 6-7-68) on the adjacent side of
the property for the Rockwell Manufacturing Company.
2) One-half of the building will be occupied by Automotive
Supply; the other hale` is not leased at this time.
3) The use classification is not known at thi.a time and
parking requirements are difficult to detezmine, but the
lot has enough area to provide parking for even the most
intense use.
�- 41 it is believed that an easement grant exists that provides
part of the access to the subject lot in which case
evidence should be submitted showing that such an easement
has been duly recorded.
