Avenue by reversing the frontof building to face 67th !venue North, The State Hi -way Dent, acquired part of this nronerty leaving a lot 175 feet wide x 78 feet in den_th. By reason of a possible maintenance and weed problem in creating these undesirable lots, it is Preferable that the lot he used as a building site. Motion by Ed Peterson to recommend to Village Council the annroval of a variance from a 35' to 25' front yard setback and 13' in lieu of the required 25' rear yard, also that the North 10' of said lot be deeded to the villaoe for street purposes. J. Lilligren, 3800 - 6U, Avenue North, to relocate his home on his property facing 67th Avenue North with a front yard setback of 25 feet and'a 13 foot rear yard on the condition that he deed the north 10 feet of his lot to the Village of Brooklyn Center for street purooses.
