The .applicant is requesting a 2 foot height variance to allow
construction of a 6 foot fence to abutt a street right-of-way
on a property located at 3801 -- 66th Avenue Worth.

The rear yard of the property in question abutts Prooklyn.
Boulevard (T,H,. 152) and is adjacent to the southeast ramp
of 1-94
it is the intent of the applicant to construct a 6 foot
high fence to serve as a noise barrier and privacy device from
traffic on Brooklyn Boulevard and the freeway entrance.
It appears that the fence, as proposed, wouid not create any
vision problems.
Because of the aforementioned factor and the ttniaup. circum-
stances related to this property. it is suggested that;, the
requested variance may have merit.
