Boulevard (T,H,. 152) and is adjacent to the southeast ramp of 1-94 it is the intent of the applicant to construct a 6 foot high fence to serve as a noise barrier and privacy device from traffic on Brooklyn Boulevard and the freeway entrance. It appears that the fence, as proposed, wouid not create any vision problems.
