`' 1. Special Use Permit granted May 3. 1965, subject to certain conditions.
Conditions:
(1) The parcel or property to be used for the service
station shall be combined into s single parcel by
registered land survey or by platting.
(2) A dimonslonal site layout and building plans shall be
submitted to the Planning Commission for approval bofore
any construction is started.
(3 Mr. Luchsinger executes an agAeement to convey the
street; right -Boa -way for 66th Avenue beween Lyndale
Avenue and Willow Lane.

5. Purchase of property is contingent upon King able to complete
