SUBJECT; Preliminary Plat and Rezone for Apartments --Application k5aCI;`
DATE: May 13., 1965
The applicant has submitted additional data which contemplates
a construction of two ,apartment units one on each side of the existing
Willow Lane immediately north of 65th Avenue, With respect to tine
acplication fo-r pialiminary plat, it can be stated that 1 have no
objection to the creatioin of the two subject building .lots through
the platting process
On the basis of existing submitted data, it is apparent that the
lot can the crest side of Willow Lane will. ;not support more than 18 units
of apartment. 7 also seriously question the submitted 72,030 square
feet of lot area on the cast side of Willow Lane and would therefor
suggest that approval of any plot plan and building plan be withheld
until such time as the applicant submits an accurate plot plan conform-
ing to the number of apartment units as authorized by Village Ordinance
