consisting of fourteen 2-bedroom apartments.
Reason for Request: Property is now zoned residential.
Legal Description: Parcel A- Parcel 600 and Parcel 1400 being along the
Mississippi River and located in the Southeast Quarter
(SEA) of Section 36, Township 119, Range 21, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
Parcel B - Property being along and adjoining the
Mississippi River and the Southeast Quarter (SEk) of
Section 36, Township 119, Range 21, Hennepin County,
Minnesota. Property being designated as Parcel 3400
in Hennepin County plats and being 102.8 feet on the
West and bordering Willow Lane, 100 feet approximately
bordering the Mississippi River and approximately 390
feet deep. The Southeast corner of said property being
105 feet Northerly of the most Southeast corner of
Willow Lane as the same is laid out and platted, all
according to the recorded plat thereof.
Note: The above two parcels contain a total of 204.8 feet along Willow
Lane, approximately 200 feet along the river and approximately
390-428 feet in depth.
The following instruments are attached to this Petition:
1 - Half section map of the South one-half of Section 36, Township 119, Range
21, with the subject property designated by the color red.
2 - Preliminary site plan of Parcel A submitted primarily as a topography map
to indicate that topographical features of both lots, which topography is the
determining factor in the location of the buildings.
3 - Preliminary sketches of the proposed buildings indicating the front elevation
and indicating the floor plan.
4 - Preliminary site plan of Parcels A and B as described above showing the
location of the buildings and the proposed parking area.
5 - Color photograph of the proposed completed building.

constitute and appoint Richard H. Fudali of the County of Anoka and State of
Minnesota, their true and lawful attorney in fact, for and in their name, place
and stead to petition the Municipal authorities of the City of Brooklyn Center
for a Special Use Permit to construct a 14-unit apartment building on their land
designated as Parcel 3400 in Hennepin County plats on the Mississippi River granting
and giving unto said attorney in fact full authority and power to do and perform
any and all other acts necessary or incident to the performance and execution of
the powers herein expressly granted with power to do and perform all acts authorized
hereby as fully to all intents and purposes as grantor might or could do if personally
present with full power of substitution.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREFORE) we have hereunto set out hands this day of
July, 1963.

I am the owner of one of the two lots on whioh Mr -Richard
Fudeli proposers to build apartments.
In view of surrounding buildings and the type of apartments
to be built, it is my opinion that it would not depreciate
the value of surrounding property and would actually be an
improvement to the neighborhood.
