Lot 10 is currently 79.9 ft. at the front lot'line and 80.0 ft.
at the rear line. It is currently vacant.
Lot 11 is Currently 65.5 ft. at the front lot line and 1.00.78 ft.
at the rear line. it is 75 ft. vide at the 35 ft. setback (front)
and contains a dwelling.
A public hearing has been scheduled.
The applicant contends a hardship is realized in that formal
replatting would be unduly restrictive. He motes also that the
action would result in the widening of a relatively narrow front
yard, without creating a substandard parcel on Lot 10.
Approval is recor+nnended in that there is precedent for such action
