Bruce Morrow !late September 15, 1964 1 u 11 t Chairman Planning Commission Brooklyn Center IJiinne sots Dear Sir: It is my understanding that Mr. Bruce Morrow is requesting special permission to keep an out -building or shed in his front yard. This building is now on Mr. Horrows property and located in his front yard immediately adjacent to Willow Lane and near his north lot line. I have been told the building now carres a red tag. I must first apologise for not attending the meeting in person. I have had a commitment for t_Iis evening for several weeks and cannot break it. I, like many others along the river, have invested a con- siderable amount of money in a new house. It is my opinion that if this request is granted it will lead to a deterioration of the real estate and aesthetic values of t:e neighborhood. I cannot help wonder what the neighborhood would look like if everyone on Willow Lane had a similar building in his front yard. It doesn't take very much imagination to visualize this. About five or six weeks ago I talked in person to Mr. ?sorrow and stated my views to him in tile same manner I have in this letter. You may read this letter before the commission if you wish. Very truly yours, Allen E. Fa mes "`
