HomeMy WebLinkAbout2001-004 Legal Not 5445 Xerxes Ave NP C App No. 2001-004 Publish 3-7-01 NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED PRELIMINARY PLAT CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Brooklyn Center on the 15th of March, 2001 at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider the proposed preliminary plat for the property described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, Toys R Us Addition, except that part thereof embraced within Tract N, Registered Land Survey No. 1209, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Toys R Us Addition embraced within Tract N, Registered Land Survey No. 1209, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Together with a non-exclusive easement for roadway purposes 40 feet in width over a portion of Tract E, Registered Land Survey No. 936, as shown in deed Document No. 862761. (as to Parcel 1) Together with a non-exclusive roadway easement for roadway purposes only but not for parking over the Westerly 20 feet of Tract O, Registered Land Survey No. 1209, as shown in deed Document Nos. 874746 and 882944. (as to Parcel 2) Together with an easement for sanitary sewer purposes under the Northerly 15 feet of Tract O, Registered Land Survey No. 1209, with the right to go upon said Northerly 15 feet to construct, install, repair, maintain and replace such sewers, as shown in deed Document Nos. 874746 and 882944.
