Please take notice that the Planning Commission of the City of Brooklyn Center will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 29, 2001 at approximately 7:30 p.m., at the City Hall, 630l

Request for Planned Unit Development (PUD) Rezoning from C-1 (Service/Office) to PUD/R3 (Planned Unit Development/Mid Density Residential) and site and building plan approval for the
development of 21 single family detached townhomes.
