On the April 9, 2001 City Council Agenda is Planning Commission Application No. 2001-006 submitted by Eagle Crest Northwest requesting Preliminary Plat Approval to subdivide 5.25 acres
of land located at the southeast quadrant of T. H. 252 and 66th Avenue North into 21 single family detached townhome lots with necessary right of way.
Attached for your review are copies of the Planning Commission Information Sheet for Planning Commission Application No. 2001-006 and also an area map showing the location of the property
under consideration, the Planning Commission minutes relating to the Commission's consideration of this matter and other supporting documents.
This matter was considered by the Planning Commission at their March 29, 2001 meeting and was recommended for approval.
It is recommended that the City Council, following consideration of this matter, approve the application subject to the conditions recommended by the Planning Commission.
