On the November 25, 2002 City Council Agenda is Planning Commission Application No. 2002-017 submitted by Kaykham Khai Phommahaxay requesting Site and Building Plan approval to construct
a 1,466 sq. ft. addition to the old Hardee’s Restaurant, 1601 Freeway Boulevard.
Attached for your review are copies of the Planning Commission Information Sheet for Planning Commission Application No. 2002-017 and also an area map showing the location of the property
under consideration, various site and building plans for the proposed development, the Planning Commission minutes relating to the Commission's consideration of this matter and other
supporting documents.
This matter was considered by the Planning Commission at their November 14, 2002 meeting and was recommended for approval.
It is recommended that the City Council, following consideration of this matter, approve the application subject to the conditions recommended by the Planning Commission.
