The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway. A definite time for this petition to be considered cannot be given as it will depend on the progression of the agenda items. TYPE OF REQUEST: Planned Unit Development Amendment PETITIONER: McDonald's Corporation PROPERTY NAMED IN THE PETITION: 615 66th Avenue North Legal Description: Lot 2, Block 1, Regal Road Development Second Addition BRIEF STATEMENT OF CONTENTS OF PETITION: Said Planned Unit Development Amendment has been submitted by McDonald's Corporation to modify the original Planned Unit Development agreement and allow the construction of an otherwise non-permitted convenience food restaurant at the southeast corner of 66th and Camden Avenues North.
