INFORMATIONAL NOTICE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Please take notice that the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center at its meeting on Monday, January 13, 2003 will consider the petition described below. The meeting will begin
at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway. A definite time for this petition to be considered cannot be given as it will depend on the progression of
the agenda items.

PETITIONER: McDonald's Corporation
PROPERTY NAMED IN THE PETITION: 615 66th Avenue North
Legal Description: Lot 2, Block 1, Regal Road Development Second Addition
BRIEF STATEMENT OF CONTENTS OF PETITION:
Said Planned Unit Development Amendment has been submitted by McDonald's Corporation to modify the original Planned Unit Development agreement and allow the construction of an otherwise
non-permitted convenience food restaurant at the southeast corner of 66th and Camden Avenues North.
