Torrens Property Certificate of Title No. 472104 And Tract D, Registered Land Survey No. 114, Files of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Torrens Property And The South 75.00 feet of the North 185.00 feet of Lot 35, Auditor’s Subdivision No. 218, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying East of the West line of the East 1/8 of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 2, Township 118. Range 21. This property is more commonly described as 1901 57th Avenue North, 5649 Logan Avenue North and part of 1915 57th Avenue North Said proposed rezoning has been submitted by Marathon Ashland Petroleum for Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning from C-2 (Commerce) to PUD/C-2 (Planned Unit Development/Commerce) and Site and Building Plan approval for the redesign and expansion of the Super America Convenience Store/Gasoline Station at the southwest corner of 57th and Logan Avenues North.
