NOTICE OF HEARING
ON PROPOSED PRELIMINARY PLAT
CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Brooklyn Center on the 31st of January, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. at the Brooklyn Center West
Fire Station, 6250 Brooklyn Boulevard, to consider the proposed preliminary plat to be known as SuperAmerica 5th Addition for the property described as follows:
The north 110 feet of that part of Lot 35, Auditor’s Subdivision No. 218, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying East of the West line of the East 1/8 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast
1/4, Section 2, Township 118, Range 21, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said County.

And
Tract D, Registered Land Survey No. 114, Files of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota.

of the Southeast Quarter, Section 2, Township 118. Range 21.
This property is more commonly described as 1901 57th Avenue North, 5649 Logan Avenue North and part of 1915 57th Avenue North.
Said proposed preliminary plat has been submitted by Marathon Ashland Petroleum for Preliminary plat to combine two lots and a portion of a third for the redesign and expansion of the
Super America Convenience Store/Gasoline Station at the southwest corner of 57th and Logan Avenues North.
