INFORMATIONAL NOTICE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Please take notice that the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center at its meeting on Monday, June 10, 2002 will consider the petition described below. The meeting will begin at
7:00 p.m. at the West Fire Station, 6250 Brooklyn Boulevard. A definite time for this petition to be considered cannot be given as it will depend on the progression of the agenda items.

BRIEF STATEMENT OF CONTENTS OF PETITION:
Request for a Planned Unit Development/Rezoning and Site and Building Plan approval for modifications to a new commercial retail development consisting of four buildings.
