NOTICE OF HEARING
ON PROPOSED PRELIMINARY PLAT
CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Brooklyn Center on the 25th of July, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle
Creek Parkway, to consider the proposed preliminary plat for the property described as follows:
Lots 5 and 6, Lauderdale and Haven’s Outlots to Minneapolis;
Together with:
That part of Lot 63, Auditor’s Subdivision No. 217, Lying southeasterly of State Highway No. 100;
Except that part of the foregoing taken for roads;
Hennepin County, Minnesota
This property is more commonly described as 5900 Humboldt Avenue North and 1600 59th Avenue North
Said proposed preliminary plat has been submitted by Independent School District No. 286 Brooklyn Center for preliminary plat approval to combine and divide the old Earle Brown Elementary
School site and Grandview Park property into two lots for a new Earle Brown Elementary School and a reconfigured Grandview Park.
