NOTICE OF HEARING
ON PRELIMINARY PLAT
CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Brooklyn Center on the 25th of September, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle
Creek Parkway, to consider the proposed preliminary plat to be known as the 5000 France Avenue Addition for the property described as follows:
The east 133.03 feet of teh west 163.00 feet of the north 150.00 feet of the south 183.00 feet of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section
10, Township 118, Range 21, west of the fifth principal meridan, Hennepin County, Minnesota
This property is more commonly described as 5000 France Avenue North.
Said proposed preliminary plat has been submitted by Dean Gannon for Preliminary Plat approval to create four new lots and a common area for a townhome association.
