On the October 13, 2003 City Council Agenda is Planning Commission Application No. 2003-018 submitted by Dean Gannon requesting Preliminary Plat approval to divide the towhouse development
at the northeast corner of 50th and France into four lots and a common area so the units can be individually owned.
Attached for your review are copies of the Planning Commission Information Sheet for Planning Commission Application No. 2003-018 and also an area map showing the location of the property
under consideration, the Planning Commission minutes relating to the Commission's consideration of this matter and other supporting documents.
This matter was considered by the Planning Commission at their September 25, 2003 meeting and was recommended for approval.
It is recommended that the City Council, following consideration of this matter, approve the application subject to the conditions recommended by the Planning Commission.
